a penny for your thought...

always remember.. when ur anger hit you..
calm down.. think of the consequences
if u were to flare up..?
unable to bear the consequences?
tell ur mind you WOULD be able to bear this anger...

always remember.. when extreme emotions hit u hard
calm down.. think of the reasons behind it..
there must be a reason behind a certain emotions that hit u so hard
now.. think thru the reason
are you able to convince yourself?
convince yourself... life have to move on...

this is wad i always remind myself :
in no situation should i be acting impulsively
even when emotions overtake my mind..
that half hr to an hr calming down and mind reasoning process
will help me to think through the whole scenario..
so what if in the end im at the losing end..
convince myself then wif numerous silly reasons..
just to convince myself..
and make myself feel better..

it may not work for everybody..
but, the very least.. it works for me.. :)

ultimately..
every single action of a human..
boils down to wad that individual wants..

it has since.. been a daily process..
for me to think through my every single day
wad i've done right? wrong?
wad could have been done better...
wad went wrong...

everyone had a tired day.. but hold on...
theres always rainbow after the rain.. :)
